"My pony Ruby was rather challenging for Lily, to put it nicely, she would constantly cow kick, try to bite and just generally be very naughty. Lily was so kind and patient with her at all times, and after a couple of difficult sessions, her main concern was if there was a medical reason for her behaviour and recommended a vet assessment. This was carried out and all clear and Lily was straight back to continue. We had the 4th session today and Ruby finally gave in and really enjoyed her session today! With all of the time Lily has spent working on her and the exercises Lily recommended, Ruby has gone from a bucking, grumpy pony, to a happy pony and I couldn’t recommend her any more!"
