Lily organizes educational days and clinics tailored for equine facilities such as livery yards, riding schools, Pony Clubs, riding clubs, and colleges, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance knowledge about horse welfare in a fun and engaging way. These events can be customized to focus on specific topics of interest, ensuring they meet the needs of each yard or group. Topics include equine massage, groundwork exercises, mobilisations, stretching, light tough techniques and exercises for winter turnout restrictions!
How to improve your horses posture
This session offers a comprehensive approach to understanding horse anatomy and how various body parts influence conformation, posture, stability, balance, soundness, and performance. Participants will have the opportunity to assess their own horses' posture and identify areas for improvement, followed by demonstrations of effective in-stable exercises to enhance their horses' physical condition. The discussion will also include dynamic, in-movement exercises that can be performed in the arena in hand, helping to develop better postural alignment and overall performance through movement.

Muscle madness at Meesdenbury livery stables
11th July 2025
The massage techniques for owners clinic at Meesdenbury stables was a huge success! I had a fantastic time sharing some introductory massage techniques and palpation skills with everyone. It was great to connect with so many friendly faces and I think it’s safe to say the horses enjoyed their work. Thanks to Serena Mallow for organising a great day and providing us all with some delicious refreshments!
